I am constantly amazed at how you go 'above and beyond' for your client. This flooring process is even more unacceptable, because, after your project, I see how all things are truly done right. That trust caused me to not bother getting other estimates from painters or cement layers (something I've never done before, BTW) because I knew if you used them, they were the best. And that has been true on both accounts. We only wish we had not previously had flooring set up with deposit, so we could have used your recommendation with that, as well. Naïve in thinking big companies should be as organized, but nay, not so :)
You had no obligation to see this part of our project done correctly, yet you came through once again. Demetri kept me from totally going under this morning LOL. I was almost at my end, and he appeared, so kind and constructive. He even guided the young guys to clean up a terrible mess (something their boss never cared about IF he IS here to supervise.)
Your well-oiled machine should be the standard by which all companies in the villages should try to emulate. Having an owner who truly cares about the client is where it starts, and you are the epitome of that.
I know these are ramblings of a grateful customer, but it's also a major thank-you from new friends.

Dear ALL Demetri's
Just wanted you all to know how much we appreciated your wonderful and totally unexpected note and Home Goods gift card. As every "girl" knows, you can never have enough throw pillows. They look perfect in our greatly improved sunroom.
Charley and I have now had time to reflect on the sunroom, patio, birdcage, slider, plumbing, painting and lighting project that also took a detour into radiant barrier and additional insulation. We love everything. I had an idea of what I wanted and you made it happen and improved upon it with your knowledge and suggestions. The patio is wonderful, the slider is perfect and the birdcage makes being outside delightful. We are now outside most days, BBQ and watch the sunset every night. The sunroom is my favorite place to hang out if we can't get out onto the patio due to rain.
Each of your subcontractors were friendly, helpful, neat and tidy, knowledgeable and extremely professional. In order to have great sub contractors, you must first have a great contractor who pays attention to the project details, expects quality from all those who are involved in making it happen and also respects the family that is living in that space. You were totally successful on all counts.
An added bonus for us was we now have a go to person to call for a referral. Poor Demetri had to deal with an emergency phone call from us on a Sunday afternoon when we had an unexpected leak on our side of the water meter. He immediately referred us to "his" plumber. The plumber was here in less than an hour, fixed the leak and charged us a very fair price.
Thank you all for making this project perfect and for all the work you did to finish our inside work before last Christmas when our contractor disappeared and left us with a mess.
To be sure, if we have another project or know anyone who needs a construction project done, you are the only folks we would consider or recommend.
